Area
All that parcel of land in the Daly River locality in the Northern Territory of Australia, which is contained on Portion 4028 and covers the community of Nauiyu and the Malak Malak community at Woolianna, comprising a total area of 4260 hectares. This also includes the parcel of land situated in the Daly River area, Hundred of Hawkshaw in the Northern Territory of Australia, containing an area of 2.03 hectares.

Common Seal
The common seal of the council shall contain an impression of a brolga and the words Nauiyu Nambiyu Community Government Council and "Common Seal".
